Refund Policy
At Valam, we guarantee the authenticity of all our branded perfumes. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is shipped.
However, we understand that situations may arise during delivery. We will happily replace your order if:
- The parcel arrives broken or damaged.
- The products inside are damaged or leaking.
To request a replacement:

- Please provide clear photos as proof of the damage to the packaging and/or products.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement of your order.
Please note:
- We cannot replace products due to a change of mind or incorrect selection.
- This policy applies only to damaged goods received upon delivery.
